A solid social media presence is desirable for any organization, and the same is true if you’re in the City of Alliance Police Department, which chose to take to Facebook to request that people trying to buy drugs stop calling an alleged dealer’s phone.

A new era of tech events has begun

We’re back in New York this November for the 4th edition of our growth-focused technology event.

Notman was (allegedly) so prolific that the sheer volume of calls coming in was problematic for police probing his phone.

We have his phone and are trying to read all your texts requesting drugs and going through all of his contacts (with his permission) but you keep calling and texting and it’s really annoying.

But law enforcement couldn’t sign off before pointing out how awful his ringtone was, though stopped short of saying what it was.

Not everyone can be a fan of the new Kanye album, eh.

At the time of writing, the post had been shared around 17, 500 times – and Alliance’s population is only around 22,500 people – so an undoubtedly successful posting.
